God calls Christ's Church Academy, a college preparatory school, to excellence in every facet of a child's education experience. The school's commitment to answering this call results in a uniquely safe and supportive family atmosphere which builds relationships, focuses on challenging but nurturing instruction, and promotes discipleship, development and improvement.
Originally known as Mandarin Christian School, Christ's Church Academy began in 1995, and was serving all grade levels by 2007. It's reached its long-term goal by establishing a school to serve its membership and the Mandarin community.
Christ's Church Academy offers rigorous academics with an engaging, collaborative learning environment to kids in grades K through 12. STEM education is emphasized at all grade levels, and several computer programming and software application classes are offered for all students. Two brand new Mac labs allow students to learn the latest and most in-demand applications.
CCA has an average class size of 16 students per classroom. The school offers 12 AP and 21 honors courses for high school students, and has a historic 100 percent college acceptance rate.
CCA also offers 17 varsity-level sports and several middle school and elementary intramural programs, as well as an award-winning fine arts program.
The school is accredited by Florida Council of Independent Schools, the Association of Christian Schools International, Florida Kindergarten Council and Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
Above all, CCA students have a heart for serving God by serving others in the community. Recently the school completed its "Love Out LOUD Week," during which every grade gave their time and energy to serve local nonprofit organizations. A large percentage of high school students will participate in more than 100 hours of community service annually, outside of school time.
Christ's Church Academy exists to make disciples, more disciples, and better disciples through excellence in academics athletics, and the arts. Building relationships with God and with others is the foundation of this successful Christian school.
